Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Valuation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on evaluating companies and assets using established financial methods, analyzing trends and risks, and preparing valuation reports that inform investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

Value companies and assets using DCF, market comparables, and asset-based methods

Analyze financials, market trends, and risk factors

Prepare clear, actionable valuation reports

Collaborate with investment and advisory teams

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred)

Experience in business valuation, financial modeling, or investment analysis

Strong analytical and communication skills
